Computers using Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics may be affected by graphical issues while using TheBrain. This is due to a bug in older versions of Intel's graphics driver, and may lead to the following symptoms:
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of Intel's Iris Xe graphics driver from the page below:

Once installed, restart TheBrain and select Yes
when asked whether to re-enable hardware rendering for optimal performance.
