Activate TheBrain Pro

To activate TheBrain Pro features:

• Make sure you are logged in using the same account you purchased with (by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of the window).
• The application should detect the license change and restart. If it does not, you can quit and restart manually.
• Open About TheBrain (under the Help menu on Windows and under TheBrain menu on macOS) to verify the change.

The most common mistake is logging in using a different account than was used to make the purchase. If you verify this and are still having trouble, contact support@thebrain.com or call +1-310-751-5000 with any questions you may have.
